Delivery partnerships tend to suit firms in one of these situations:
You have signed a project and the start date is close, but recruiting the right people will take months.
Your workload rises and falls through the year, and permanent hiring for peak demand would leave people idle the rest of the time.
A customer has asked for something adjacent to your core skills, and you would prefer to deliver it well with support rather than decline or stretch.
A project is running, a team member has left, and the customer should not feel the change.
Start with a single specialist for a defined period, or a small team for a whole project. Add or reduce capacity as the work changes, with reasonable notice. Because we keep our partner list short, we plan our own capacity carefully and tell you early if we cannot meet a request.
It is not staff placement, and it is not a way to hand off responsibility for your customer. You remain the lead supplier. Our job is to strengthen your delivery, not to replace your judgement or your relationship.
