Enterprise workflow platforms

Enterprise workflow platforms coordinate requests, incidents, changes, approvals and services across a business. Getting them right depends less on switching features on and more on deciding who owns each process, what information each step needs and how success is measured. We help partners with configuration, integration, data preparation, testing and hand-over, with a habit of writing down the process decisions that sit behind the technical settings.

Customer relationship management

CRM projects succeed when the way people record customer information matches the way the business actually works. We help partners with data models, workflow design, migration and integration, and with the unglamorous work of cleaning data before it moves. We also help teams plan user training, because a well-built system that people avoid using has not solved the problem.

Cloud infrastructure

Cloud work touches almost every technology project sooner or later. We can support partners with environment setup, integration between systems, monitoring, access design and the documentation that lets a customer's own team operate what has been built. We are careful to state the limits of our experience up front, so that a partner never discovers them mid-project.

Being clear about limits

No small team is expert in everything. When a project needs a skill outside our range, we say so early and, where we can, suggest who might fill the gap. It is better for a partner to hear "not us" at the start than to find out during delivery.
