No, not unless you ask us to. Your customer relationships remain yours. Where a customer needs to speak to our team, we agree in advance how and when that will happen.

That depends on the arrangement. In a delivery partnership, we usually work under your engagement model and your customer-facing identity. In co-delivery or alliance arrangements, both firms' roles are presented clearly to the customer. We agree the approach at the start.

We treat information shared with us as confidential and use it only for the agreed purpose. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before discussions begin, and to follow your own security and data-handling requirements during the work.
It depends on the size of the request and our current commitments. Because we keep our partner list short, we plan capacity carefully. We would rather give you an honest start date than a hopeful one. Tell us what you need and when, and we will tell you what is realistic.
We will say so at the start. Where we can, we will suggest how to fill the gap, whether through another partner, a different arrangement or a change in scope. We prefer to state our limits early.
We keep commercial terms clear and proportionate to the arrangement. The specifics depend on the type and size of the partnership and are agreed in writing before work begins. We do not believe in hidden charges or unexplained changes.
We agree an escalation path at the start. Small disagreements are resolved between the day-to-day contacts. Larger ones move to named senior people with time limits at each step, so that nothing stalls.
Yes, and we usually recommend it. A short, well-defined first engagement lets both sides see how the working relationship feels before committing to more. It is easier to expand a partnership that works than to shrink one that does not.
