Who do you partner with?

Technology vendors, consultancies, resellers and implementation firms, most of which already have customers and a delivery model and want dependable extra capacity or specialist skills.

Will you contact my customers directly?

No, not unless you ask us to. Your customer relationships remain yours.

Do you work under my brand or yours?

That depends on the arrangement. In a delivery partnership we usually work under your engagement model. In co-delivery or alliance arrangements both firms’ roles are shown clearly to the customer. We agree the approach at the start.

Can you add AI to our ServiceNow projects?

Yes. We typically take the AI part of the engagement, including use-case selection, data readiness, evaluation and human review, while your team keeps the ServiceNow configuration. We agree who is accountable for the AI results in advance.

How do you keep information confidential?

We treat information shared with us as confidential and use it only for the agreed purpose. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before discussions begin and to follow your own security requirements.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on the size of the request and our current commitments. We would rather give you an honest start date than a hopeful one.

What if a project needs skills you do not have?

We will say so at the start and, where we can, suggest how to fill the gap.

What happens if we disagree?

We agree an escalation path at the start. Small disagreements are resolved between the day-to-day contacts; larger ones move to named senior people with time limits at each step.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we usually recommend it. A short first engagement lets both sides see how the working relationship feels before committing to more.
