Extra ServiceNow delivery capacity, under your standards
A delivery partnership is the simplest form of working together. You have ServiceNow customers and commitments; we provide skilled people who help you meet them. The work happens under your name and your engagement model, and we fit into your process rather than asking you to fit into ours.
When a delivery partnership makes sense
- A ServiceNow win that arrived faster than hiring. You have signed an implementation and the start date is close, but recruiting experienced ServiceNow developers and administrators will take months.
- Uneven demand. Your ServiceNow workload rises and falls through the year, and permanent hiring for peak demand would leave people idle the rest of the time.
- A new module. A customer has asked for a ServiceNow area next to your core skills, such as configuration management, service portal work or an integration, and you would rather deliver it well with support than decline.
- A need for continuity. A ServiceNow project is running, a team member has left, and the customer should not feel the change.
What we help with on ServiceNow
Our ServiceNow delivery work covers configuration of service management processes, catalog and portal design, workflow and flow design, CMDB data preparation and health, integrations with other tools, testing, upgrade preparation, and hand-over documentation. We are careful to write down process decisions alongside technical settings, because a well-configured platform that nobody understands is hard to support.
How it works in practice
Onboarding. We begin by learning your way of working: your project templates, your ticketing and documentation tools, your review and sign-off steps, and the way you communicate with customers. We ask for examples of good work so our output matches your standard from the first deliverable.
A named lead. One person on our side is accountable for the arrangement. They attend your planning and status meetings, keep our team aligned with your priorities and raise issues early.
Clear reporting. We report progress on the rhythm you prefer, usually weekly. Reports state what was completed, what is planned, what is at risk and what we need from you. If a risk is ours, we say so plainly.
Quality checks. Before work reaches your customer, it passes through an agreed review. We would rather find our own mistakes than have your customer find them.
What a delivery partnership is not
It is not staff placement, and it is not a way to hand off responsibility for your customer. You remain the lead supplier. Our job is to strengthen your ServiceNow delivery, not to replace your judgement or your relationship.
